The 10 plasmid DNA preps after digestion with 1unit HindIII for 1 hour at 37^oC. Each track was loaded with 3uL DNA.

The procedure employs a standard alkaline method for the lysis of bacterial cells. After centrifugation, the cleared lysate is applied directly onto the spin column. Plasmid DNA is selectively bound to the triple layer silica membrane with a binding capacity of up to 30ug DNA. Highly pure plasmid DNA is eluted in TE buffer or water. The whole procedure is completed in less than 15 minutes. Plasmid DNA quality matches CsCl purified DNA. .
